Physical Presentation

  • Presentation slot (8 to 15 minutes with Q & A)

Virtual/Video Presentation

  • Full virtual conference experience through Zoom
  • Presentation slot (8 to 10 minutes)

Registration fees

The fees of every ISFECC conference. Pay on your conference page (registration) or on the payment page. The early bird fee applies until 30 days before the conference.

  • The regular fee covers a paper of up to 6 pages; after that USD 20 is charged per additional page.
  • One registration publishes one paper, and one person can attend the conference with it.
  • Authors who have difficulties paying in US Dollars (for example from Iran) can pay in Euros.

Once your paper is accepted

  1. Registration fee – at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the technical program.
  2. Copyright transfer – sign the registration form (one per paper) and email it in PDF/JPG/PNG format.
  3. Camera ready paper – submit the final paper in Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) in the double column format. If you are not able to format it, we format it without any extra charges.
  4. Registration – email the filled registration form and the final paper/poster/abstract to [email protected].
