Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. Choose your category, pay online, then email the registration form and your final paper.

Registration Fees of ICELS-2027
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the technical program. Last date of registration: 17 December 2026.
- The regular fee covers a paper of up to 6 pages; after that USD 20 is charged per additional page.
- One registration publishes one paper, and one person can attend the conference with it.
- Authors who have difficulties paying in US Dollars (for example from Iran) can pay in Euros.
One registration fee includes
- Welcome reception
- Printed name card
- Conference folder or bag
- Participation in the technical program
- Printed participation & presentation certificate
- Printed proceedings
- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
- Lunch on the presentation day
- Banquet
How to register for ICELS-2027
Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. Complete these four steps.

Step 1: Registration Fee
Pay the registration fee of your category online. The first paper is charged the full fee; additional papers of the same author pay the Additional Paper fee.

Step 2: Copyright Transfer
Sign the registration form (one per paper) and email it in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

Step 3: Camera Ready Paper
Submit the final paper in Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) in the double column format. If you are not able to format it, we provide the formatting facility without any extra charges.

Step 4: Registration
Email the filled registration form and the final paper/poster/abstract to [email protected].
One registration publishes one paper, and only one person can attend the conference with it. A co-author who also wants to attend pays the "Extra Person Attending" fee. Please read the rules and regulations before you register.
